Just Because Club is run by Grace Osborne (sole trader), based in the UK. We’re committed to celebrating people doing life solo — thoughtfully and respectfully. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Contact data: email address, phone number Transaction data: order history, payment details (processed securely via Shopify, we never store card numbers) We also collect minimal technical data through cookies (with your consent), such as:
browsing behaviour and analytics to help improve your experience.

- Fulfilling orders and communicating about them
- Managing your account
- Improving our website and service based on anonymised analytics
- Marketing (only if you’ve explicitly opted in)

We retain your order data and contact details for 6 years, for tax and customer service purposes.

Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

You can ask us to erase or update your information at any time (see Section 9).
