1. Our Delivery Promise

We want your Just Because Club box to arrive in perfect condition and on time — so every delivery is carefully packed, tracked, and handled with care.


2. Delivery Times

- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 7–10 days from purchase.
- If there’s ever a delay (e.g., postal strikes, supply issues), we’ll let you know straight away.


3. Delivery Costs

We keep our delivery fees fair and transparent:
- Effortless Luxe Box – Standard UK delivery rate applies.
- Curated Indulgence Box – Reduced delivery rate.
- Ultimate Self-Treat Box – Reduced delivery rate.
All delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.



4. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you’d like to send a gift abroad, please contact us at hello@justbecauseclub.co.uk so we can explore options.



5. Tracking Your Order

Once your box is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.


6. Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please follow these instructions promptly to avoid your parcel being returned to us.


7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your box arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@justbecauseclub.co.uk within 7 days. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
