1. Our Promise
We want every Just Because Club gift to feel as good as it looks. If something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right — fairly, quickly, and with as little fuss as possible.
2. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for a full refund.
To do this:
- Email us at hello@justbecauseclub.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- You must return the item(s) within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., opened cosmetics, food items, personalised products) cannot be returned unless faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We may ask for photos so we can put things right quickly and prevent it happening again.
We’ll either replace the item or offer a full refund — and cover the cost of return postage.
4. How to Return Your Order
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Include your order number inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly.
- Return postage (for change-of-mind returns) is your responsibility. We recommend using tracked delivery.

5. Refunds
- We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
